Gas Cooktop Kfgs366?

Where is the 'lock key' referred to in the Manuel for the this cooktop. It never says where it is? Where the gas and electricity are on, the burners just 'click' trying to lite, but nothing happens. So we are trying to use the 'lock key' to reset it.
