Where Do I Find Replacement Coffee Pot For The Kcm222cu

I had the same problem -- I contacted customer service (http://kitchenaid.custhelp.com) and did a live chat. The 14-cup carafe is on back order -- but they did offer to send me a new 10-cup coffee maker as a good will gesture!
They think the KCM222CU0 replacement will be available early 2013 and you can call (800) 541-6390 to order one. But I've not had good experiences with things on back order so I accepted the new machine!
