Ice Build Up On Bottom Of Freezer

you can see frozen water streams along our back wall and causing major ice build up on bottom of freezer.  It has gotten worse we now have to remove about every 2 weeks or it restricts freezer drawer from sliding.  What is wrong???  Thank you!
