Defrost Drain Frozen In Bottom Freezer Kitchenaid Fridge.

Ice builds up on the floor of the fridge.  Eventually water flows out onto floor. Can anyone help me unfreeze the defrost drain.  Thanks.

The problem is the duck bill valve at the drain is clogged. Kitchen Aid has a new part available to fix this problem. Part # w10619951.

The Freezer Bottom Is Covered In Ice.
The fridge leaks water on the floor when the ice maker is turned on , if ice maker is off, no leaks.
