My Beater Is Stuck, How Do I Remove It?

The beater is stuck in the fixed position where it is supposed to be in when in use and it cannot be removed. Please help. The model is k4sswh

First try putting a warm wet towel around the beater shaft. You want it really warm, even putting it in the microwave is ok. Let it sit for several minutes, 10 should work. Then you want to rewarm it and let it sit for another 2. Then you should be able to remove your beater. If that doesn't work, spray some cooking spray in there or use some vegetable oil to lubricate it. If neither of those work, service. :(
