Bluetooth Icon Not On Menu Screen

I have a Kenwood DNX 6190hd that will pair with my galaxy s8 but dont play anything thru speakers. This is my 2nd dnx6190hd unit and the 1st one played great. Also it doesnt have the bluetooth icon on the menu screen. It has OEM Features icon but wont let me click any options when it's open. They are all grayed out. PLEASE HELP!!!

The reset button option did not work for me.. I still have the oem feature that is unavailable... says my Samsung s10 is paired..

1 Press the <Reset> button. The unit returns to factory settings. Disconnect the USB device before pressing the <Reset> button. Pressing the <Reset> button with the USB device connected can damage the data stored in the USB device.
