Survey Code

I have turned in four survey codes for a free go in the last month at the same location. All were iwithin the alotted time of seven days, most only 4 days old. Everytime I put in all of the information it is denied. Only one has been approved. I'm sick and tired of this method to turn in the code. We should be able to call it in just like you do a t Long John Silvers. I never have any trouble with them. Out of ten KFC receipts so far only two have went through. Can I turn these in in any other method or am I just going to quit eating there. It doesn't soud like you have very good service by the reviews I have read.
