Can Kaiser Refuse To Treat My Husband Who Is On My Insurance

Normally Kaiser is very good about treating anyone covered by Kaiser Insurance. If you are not a Kaiser member expect to have issues.
I am a former Kaiser employee. After I quit I had a period where my Kaiser insurance lapsed and was covered by COBRA. The records got screwed up and a simple $20 prescription wound up costing $500. Needless to say I did not buy it. The point is, things happen.
The best bet is to call Kaiser on the phone and discuss the issue with them. Anything stated here on the web is simply speculation. The rep on the phone should be able to explain everything.
