wont turn over battery is good just hear a "click" at the starter then the dash lights go out

Possible reasons below.
- Brake pedal not depressed.
- Mower Engagement Lever is in ENGAGED position.
- Spark plug wire is loose or disconnected.
- Improper fuel.
- Plugged fuel filter.
- Electrical problem
- Mower Engagement Lever is in ENGAGED position.
- Battery terminals are corroded.
- Battery not charged.
- Fusible Link in starting circuit is blown
