My Jensen Vr187 Mobile System

I feel your pain, I have the same problem,Tried everything and still Dont work, I sent it to a tech and he said it had several problems with the computer board and wasn't worth repairing. My vr187 would work sometime and then not at all, the screen would come out sometimes and when it did i had no picture. I talked to a Jenson tech and was told that the vr187 was discontinued do to all the problems, That model was made for ford campers and when ford stopped installing them in there campers due to the problems, jenson shut down the production of them, there are a few around like on E-Bay but i wouldn't trust that, I believe thats why there getting rid of them. I am in the process of finding another camera system that will fit in my ford camper with the same connections so i wont have to change out the camera cable or camera , When i do, i will post it and hopefully it will help
