Jensen Cd 540 Cd Player Skips And Chatters
How can I repair the CD player portion of my Jensen CD540? It frequently skips, chatters and stutters. I have wiped the laser with a bit of rubbing alcohol on a Q-Tip but that didn't correct the problem. The radio and cassette player work but the CD player is inconsistent in its performance.
The unit was manufactured in October 2009 and the serial number is S/N:20091033850
