Catalytic Converter

I had read that a catalytic converter on a jeep is covered under warranty until 8yrs or 80000 miles. Is there any truth to that? The code po421 is coming up and I need to get my vehicle inspected

Yes, it's a cat. efficiency code.yes,it should be covered under that warranty.
