Explain The Cair Program To Me Please.
My car is a 2014 jeep compass has less than 700 miles on it. Been in shop 6 times. 5 times for the same thing. Told me I had to file with Caie first. Ordo I nneed to layer up and do the Limon law

All I can speak for is Texas law..
That being said, your scenerio clearly falls under the Tx lemon law. Google your states name and lemon law.
