Valve Stems Break

I love my car very much, no other complaints, however the valve stems are terrible!! they crumble with a touch. can I replace the rims and tires and not have to deal with thoughs stupid tire sensers? I've tried asking the repair men at jeep if I can just repair the stems and take off the sensers, I'm fully aware of how often I should check tire pressure grow up with "them simpe cars"... anyhow they said no. Is ths true?
