2008 Jeep Liberty Electrical Problem

After hitting a pothole the horn, wipers, and door locks all activated and the only way I could turn them off was to disconnect battery cable from terminal post. I took out the two "horn" fuses and reconnected battery and that eliminated horn blasting. Now there is a clicking noise when vehicle is turned off and the only way to stop wipers is to pull out fuses. Any suggestions would be appreciated, just went through a layoff and can't afford major repair bill if this is something I can fix on my own. Thanks in advance!!
