The lightning bolt symbol is for the electronic throttle control (ETC). It's normal for it to go on for a few seconds when you first start the vehicle.
If the lightning bolt stays on, your vehicle will need to be serviced soon, but it is still drivable. If it is flashing, immediate servicing of the vehicle is required, since it may stall and need to be towed.
