Loud Choppy Tires ? Is This Common Due To Suspension Of Vehicle? Tires Dont Last

It's very dependant on the type of tire you get.  The more "off road" they are the louder they will be.  I had some Cooper STT tires on my Jeep Wrangler for a while.  Nice tire, but VERY loud, and it didn't last long.  As long as you rotate them every 5k miles, keep the alignment good and get some nice road tires you should be fine.  Right now I'm using Cooper AT3 tires and so for like them pretty well.
