Inside the boot will see a variety of wires of all different colors some control the windows some control locks and others are for your radio speakers. What you need to look for is if any of these wires are broken or have cracks in them. If the do you need a new door wiring harness.
Explanation: When these jeeps were being manufactured the stock wiring harnesses were just a little too short after all the zip ties and tape applied to them it pulled them very tight in the door and forced the wires to bend every time you opened and closed your door. And just like when you bend a coat hanger one way then the other repeatedly it causes the wire to break or become damaged.
If this does not fix the issue we can move on to other problems and solutions. Dont give up hope and let me know if this fixed it.
