New Unit Does Not Receive Calls But Can Call Out

I would suggest resetting the device first. Start by removing the Jabra Wave from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu.

Reset the Jabra Wave by turning it ON, then press and hold the answer/end and volume down buttons simultaneously until the lights flash together. Turn the headset OFF and then ON again and it should start up in pairing mode (Bluetooth status light flashing constantly, without pauses). Once in this mode, you'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link it with your phone again. Everything should work fine after that.
