Jabra Wave Plus Micro Phone Not Working.

I tried the suggestion provided by jabra wave support. Did Unpair two devices. gave gap of 30 seconds after removing battery from cell phone after switching off. And then pairing the same.Still Micro phone has very feeble voice to be heard by person we are talking to. Please help !!!

probably needs servicing or if the item is under waranty you can return it.
