Can I Use Jabra Wave With Laptop

The easy answer to that question is "yes," but any issues have more to do with your laptop than the Jabra device. You have to be sure that whatever the device that brings Bluetooth communications to your PC has the proper capabilities (Bluetooth profiles HSP/HFP for communications, A2DP for streaming stereo audio).
