Jabra Wave Is Starting To Get Where People Cant Hear Me?

Make sure your Wave is not in Mute mode. You can also try resetting your Wave and pairing it again, or trying it with another phone, just to see if the problem lies with the headset or not. If it does, there's not much else you can do except contact Jabra customer support to see if you can get the headset replaced. You can reach Jabra at 1-800-327-2230.
