Jabra Wave Bluetooth Headset Caller Can't Hear Me

You can test your headset with Skype or any other app that can test your heaset mic. CLICK HERE to download and install Skype program. Run Skype and test to see if the headset's microphone will work. Or you can hear yourself while testing.
If you cannot hear yourself, the microphone does not work. You will need to call Jabra's Support and have it replaced.
