Why Does My Jabra Wave Crackle In My Ear When Someone Is Talking To Me?

I just recieved a new warranty replacement headset last week and this new one crackles when i am trying to listen to the person on the other side.

This could be due to a hardware or a software issue. I would suggest you reset the Jabra Wave to eliminate the possibility that it's a software issue. Start by removing the device from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu.

To reset the Jabra Wave, start with the unit turned ON, then press and hold the volume down and answer/end buttons until the lights flash together. Turn the unit OFF and then ON again and it will start up in pairing mode.

You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link the Wave with your phone again.
