Windows Compatibility

is the jabra vbt 4050 as a verizion product compatible with windows 7 speech recognizer driver solution found at your web site doesn't work and directs me to manufacture

I think there are a couple of issues going on here. Yes, the vBT4050 will work perfectly in Windows 7 Windows Speech Recognition. However, you'll need a device that brings Bluetooth into your PC that supports the HSP Bluetooth profile. This is generally a dongle or card solution that includes drivers for each Bluetooth profile it supports.
