When We Try To Add Bluetooth It Says Device Not Found What Do We Do?

Make sure that the Blutooth device is in pairing mode. Since you haven't indicated which product you have, it would be impossible to tell you how to do this. Call Jabra Product Support at 800-327-2230 or visit jabra.com/mobilesupport for further assistance.
