First, make sure you've got the latest firmware in the Jabra Supreme. It should be v1.28 (you can see this in the Bluetooth menu in your phone where it shows paired devices). If not, download the updater and run it:

Second, I would suggest resetting everything. Reset the Supreme by pressing and holding the answer/end and volume + buttons simultaneously while opening the flip-boom (turning the unit ON). Remove the Supreme as a paired device from your phone, turn the phone OFF and remove its battery for no less than 15 seconds. Replace the battery and turn the phone back on. You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to pair your phone with the Supreme, but everything will work fine after that.
