You cannot change the passkey on any Jabra mobile product. I suspect that a reset is in order here. Resetting the Jabra is dependent on the model that you have. To reset your Galaxy 2, simply turn it off and remove its battery for at least 15 seconds. Just doing this may resolve the issue you're having. Make sure, as well, that the Jabra product is in pairing mode when attempting to pair it with your Galaxy 2.
