I Can Not Pair Jabra Bt2045b With My Second I Phone 5

You have to make sure that the Jabra BT2045 is in pairing mode first. To do this, start with the unit turned OFF, then press and hold the answer/end button until the blue light is on steady (not flashing). Once in this mode, you should be able to "find" and add the BT2045 as a new device from your phone's Bluetooth menu.
