I don't have any idea what you're asking here - COM Serial port? It sounds like you're trying to pair your headset with a PC, but it connects via Bluetooth, not a COM port. If the PC is returning these types of errors, it would have more to do with the device that brings Bluetooth into the PC than with the headset, itself.
