How do I link my iphone and Jabrs HFS003?

You might want to try resetting the Jabra Journey first. To do this, first put the Journey into pairing mode by turning the unit on, then pressing and holding the answer/end button until you hear it go into pairing mode. Once in this mode, press and hold the volume down and the answer/end buttons simultaneously until you hear the tones. When you turn the unit off and then on again, you will note that it is in pairing mode. Once in this mode you should be able to "find" and add the Journey as a new device from your iPhone's Bluetooth menu.
