Reset your phone by turning it off and simply removing its battery for at least 15 seconds.
To reset the Jabra Freeway, start with the unit turned ON, then press and hold the answer/end, voice and mute buttons until you hear the tones.
You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link your phone and Freeway together again.
