The Jabra EasyCall/EasyGo does not have a Voice Command feature, it does, however, have Voice Guidance. I believe you want to access your phone's Voice-activated command feature. To do this, simply press the answer/end button on your Jabra headset for at least a full second (release when you hear the second tone). This is, of course, a feature that's phone-dependent.
