You might want to try resetting the Jabra Drive first - to do this, press and hold the answer/end button until you hear the 3rd (higher) tone. Release the button and then press it again along with the volume down button, also until you hear the 3rd (higher) tone. Turn the unit off and then on again. It should turn on in pairing mode. Once in this mode, you will be able to pair it with your cell phone.
