Jabra Clipper Unable To Use

Hi I have a weird problem on my newly bought Jabra clipper.I have used the Jabra Clipper before and now it has some connection problems. So I bought another one from a dealer. The following are the problems,While charging I cannot see the red light.When I try to turn on the device through the multi-function key, I can see one blue light flash followed by five green light flashes. I thought that the device need to be reset and tried to reset by turning on the device followed by -+-+-+ and multi-function key. But not successful. This is a weird problem. I tried to contact the seller and he asked me to contact the customer care as the box was opened. Here these is no customer care support for Jabra. The company which once dealt with Jabra devices is telling that they are not supporting now. Please give me a technical solution for this problem. I like Jabra clipper very much and I don't want to go for another Jabra device till this issue gets resolved.

PAIRING YOUR JABRA CLIPPER TO A PHONE OR OTHER DEVICE Headsets are connected to phones or other Bluetooth® devices using a procedure called 'pairing'. By following a few simple steps, pairing can be done in a matter of seconds. 1. Put the headset in pairing mode 1.a. First time pairing - Turn on the headset and the Jabra CLIPPER will automatically enter pairing mode (indicator light is solid blue) and start searching for a device. 5 english Jabra CLIPPER 1.b. Later pairing - Press and hold the Multi-Function button until the indicator light is solid blue (approximately 6 seconds). 2. Set your Bluetooth® phone or device to search for the Jabra CLIPPER - Follow your phone's instruction guide. First make sure that Bluetooth® is activated on your mobile phone. Then set your phone to search for the headset. This usually involves going to a 'setup,' ' connect' or 'Bluetooth®' menu on your phone and selecting the option to search for or 'add' a Bluetooth® device.* 3. Your phone will find the Jabra CLIPPER - The phone will find the headset under name "Jabra CLIPPER". - Your phone then asks if you want to pair with the headset. - Accept by pressing 'Yes' or 'OK' on the phone and confirm with the passkey or PIN = 0000 (4 zeros). Your phone will confirm when pairing is complete.
