Help On Direct Monitoring

Video camera type- JVC GZ EX355 BU Please help me out with direct monitoring step.. I do connect with my laptop using wifi as it says, And it works.. but I don't know how to stream my video live on ustream In HD. please help me out with this issue if u own ow about it
