Ebt Account Disabled
I cannot check my food stamp balance online because my jp morgan account has been disabled. there is no way to reset it on the website designated for ebt customers, and they do not give a customer service number. How do i get my account reset?

The phone number to call is 866-645-3111. Very nice customer service. What happens is if you get your security questions wrong (this happened to me as it asked questions I'd NEVER set up), you account gets locked out. Customer service will ask for your SS number, date of Birth, Spelling of you last name if necessary and the card number and state it's registered in.
Stay on the phone until you've successfully reset your security question answers and logged in!
