Why Does My Ns-cahbteb01 Headset Stop Working On Right Side?
This is the 2nd one that does the same exact thing. I just got this one on Friday. This is the 2nd day of having it and out of no where the right sides volume gets lower then the left. I leave it on while I'm at work. I don't pull it in & out my ear. I don't take it off until I get home. So when it goes lower, I can tell right away. No setting has been changed. No change between ipod touch and Samsung Note 4.

Make sure the unit is fully charged, leaving it on the charger for at least 4 hours. When you take it off and turn it on do you get any lights at all? Try pressing and holding the talk button (shaped like a phone) and this should put the device into pairing mode and the LED should flash red and blue
