My 1995 J30 Begins To Shimmy When Going 50 Mph On The Highway,

My car starts to shimmy and gets worse until I stop the car and shut it off.  then it runs fine.  I had the front end checked out but was told it was fine.  It has 150K.  The front end and steering wheel vibrate and shimmy when this happens.
