My name is Amit and I work for work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. Try performing the following steps to solve the issue.
Set the Internet explorer as a default browser.
Reset the internet explorer.
Right click the IncrediMail Tray Icon (near the computer clock) and select 'Exit'.
Next open Internet Explorer, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Internet Options’
Now select the 'Advanced' tab, click 'Reset'. The 'Reset Internet Explorer Settings' window will open, click on the 'Reset' icon. And click 'Restore advanced settings'.
Click 'OK' and close all windows.
