Change Rev Cam Wires From Mirror Monitor To Dash Board Monitor

My Santa fe DM 2013 came with rev cam monitor on the mirror. I installed after market dvd, GPS navi system which also support rev cam. Original sockets for dvd gps work for the after market unit ,but not the rev cam. Is there a way without cutting wires to get the camera wires onto the new unit. Thanks in advance Nihal Sri Lanka
