My 2011 Hyundai Tucson Gls Will Not Start.

My  remote suddenly does not operate the doors. The ignition key will not start the car. I get a single beep from the horn and engine will not turn over when I try to start the car. Is the theft-alarm system activated? How do I de-activate the theft-alarm system
