Stalling In Rain

In November 2011, I  purchased a 2008 Limited V6 with 21,000 miles.  Other than poor gas mileage, I had no complaints.  it rides very smoothly.  Recently though ,my car stalled while driving.  I took it to the dealership  and it got a "clean bill of health".  Recently, it stalled again, while driving.  I was terrified.  The only common denominator that I could think of was heavy rain.  And it stalled not long after leaving my work parking lot both times, where it sat for about 3 hours.  I called the dealership and of course, they said to bring it in.  they have nothing on file for this particular car, or in general, concerning this issue.  Any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
