TPMS stands for Tire Pressure Monitoring System. When the light comes on it means one of the tires is low on pressure or one of the sensors in the tires has failed. Check the tire pressure, inflate all to 35 psi and drive the car, the light should then go out. If not, then one of the sensors has probably failed.
