I Purchased Two New Tires For The Front Of My Car, They Rotated The Back Tires T

to the front now I hear a whistle and rubbing sound when i drive, also when i began to drive after i have stopped the alceleration is really slow. I have never had a problem with my car until now when i get tires. its as if the emergency brakes are on!
