Which Fuse Is The Alarm System Fuse? They Are Not Numbered.

Horn and lights go on randomly when car is locked and motor off. Manual shows fuse #29 is for alarm system but it does not show which fuse is #29.  A new alarm switch was installed on car 2 days ago but horn and lights went off last night. What could the problem be.
