Sometime The Driver Seat Belt Alarm Keeps Coming On Even When Hooked Up 2006

The driver's seat belt alarm will keep coming on when seat belt is snapper in, at the same time rear window & mirror defogers do not turn on, & head lights stay on will not turn off until key is taken out HELP Thank you
