Brake Pedal Will Not Pump Up.

2005 Hyundai Sonata 2.4L 5 Speed Standard Transmission (My stepson said it had ABS, but the people at Les Schwab couldn't find the ABS. I ran the Vin. number and it said that particular one didn't have one. Even though the master cylinder had 4 ports.)My step son had to take engine out to put in new clutch. When he put it back, the brakes would not work. We put in a new master cylinder. We bench bleed the new cylinder out of the car. We installed it and bleed it again. We started at the furthest point and worked are back to closest point. The brake pedal still wouldn't pump up. We even sent it to Les Schwab and have them check to see if it was put in properly and have them do a so called power bleed. Still no brakes. Can you help.
