Leaking Water Around The Starter,

took my son to school less than 5 miles down the rd, came home and the car was rolling smoke from under the hood, later that afternoon went to go pick him up and there was a steady leak of water coming from under the car, we checked it out and the leak was coming from around the starter, any idea what this could be
