How Do I Replace The Hazard Relay Switch And Where Is It Located

REPLACED FLASHER SWITCH AND HAZARDS STILL DO NOT WORK.IN FACT THINGS STARTED GOING CRAZY. DEFROST LIGHT STARTED BLINKIG PARKING LIGHT WAS DIMMING ON AND OFF.EVEN AFTER TAKING KEY OUT YOU COULD STILL HERE NOISE LIKE SWITCH WAS WORKING.ALSO WINDOW POWER SWITCH WOULD NOT WORK. SO I FIGURE IT MUST BE THE RELAY SWITCH PLEASE ADVISE
